Generals
A remedy of Rademacher for inflammations. Haemoptysis. Haematuria. Purpura haemorrhagica. Haemorrhagic variola. Drowsiness. Pains of tabes. Influenza. Haemorrhages from mucous membranes, particularly nasal. Haemoglobinuria. Uric acid diathesis. Asthma & urine supersaturated with solids. Anaemia and hydraemia. Exhaustion, must rest frequently when walking. Heat spreading left to right.

Mind
Dull: dullness of head, as from too much study. Indisposed to mental and bodily exertion.

Head
Pressing inward: al. temple and forehead. & heat.

Ears
Otalgia, sin r. ear. as if in drum; & sensation of binding up in ears. Otalgia: in evening: & warmth in ear. coldness of r. concha, burning heat of I., which beyond temple

Nose
Epistaxis.

Face
Inward pressing in malar bones. Face pale. thin.

Mouth
Coppery taste on lips and tongue. Acid taste. Tongue whitish. Distressing burning dryness in mouth and throat.

Throat
Some dull stitches back of throat on drawing air through nose [evening in bed].

Food & Drink Aversion to coffee.
Diminished appetite

Stomach
Sour risings. Flatulence. & pressure in pit of stomach and pain in chest; < motion. > eructation.

Abdomen
Abdominal muscles painfully contracted towards spine. Distended abdomen. & feeling of heaviness in it, followed by emission of a quantity of wind and eructations

Rectum
Difficult stool; feels as if more remained to pass. Stool always consisted of isolated faecal masses, evacuated with great exertion; during last days of proving constant desire to go to stool.

Urinary
Frequent distressing desire, increased mucous secretion of passages. Profuse emission [in spite of summer heat and profuse perspiration]. Urine very light colour and high specific gravity.

Chest
Pressing. below outer part r. pectoral muscle, as if between and on ribs, on deep breathing, whilst sitting bent over.

Heart
In region of heart. Pulse slower and softer.

Limbs
Aching. bruised, in joints.

Upper
Pressing asunder, in first joint of r. index and middle fingers.

Lower
Aching. bruised, in adductors of thighs. Exhaustion. esp. in knees, during a walk [after a slight venesection]. Feet cold [and feel cold] up to calves. Icy coldness of I. foot extending half up leg [both in warm room and when walking]

Sleep
Overpowering inclination to sleep, which, however, didn't refresh.
Chill aA fine cold sensation streams through body. esp. upper part and arms, followed by increased warmth after a quarter of an hour in bed. General shivering chill at times.

Modalities
Worse: Exertion. Ascending stairs. Sitting bent over. Deep inspiration.

Relations Compare: Kali-п.: Plb. [abdomen mostly contracted, constipation]. Nat-n. should be a good antidote to lead poisonings.

CLINICAL – Anemia. Asthma. Belching. Constipation, croup. Distention. Exhaustion. Exophthalmic goiter. Flatulence. Headaches. Hematuria. Hemoglobinuria. Hemoptysis. Hemorrhages, hydremia. Influenza, laryngitis. Nosebleeds, pneumonia. Purpura hemorrhagica. Otalgia. Otitis, rheumatism, tracheitis. Variola. Weakness.

HOMEOPATHIC – According to Hansen, Nat-n. was called Rademachers Aconite; he used it in inflammations of all kinds, especially laryngitis, tracheitis, croup, and acute pneumonia. Acute rheumatism and heart affections. Exophthalmic goiter. Purpura, hemorrhages inflammations of the eye. _Inflammations and hemorrhages. Hemorrhages from the mucus membranes, particularly the nasal tissues. Influenza. Pressing-inward pains in temple and forehead, in malar bones.

Anemia and hydremia. Exhaustion, must restfreguently when walking. Drowsiness. Pains of tabes. Heat spreading left to right. Heat in left ear, coldness in right. Coldness streaming through upper part of body. Coldness of left foot.
Asthma with urine supersaturated with solids. Flatulent troubles with weight in lower abdomen. Painful retraction of abdominal muscles. Painful constipation.

MIND – Great ill-humor. Mental indolence. Indisposed to mental and bodily exertion.

ABDOMEN – Abdominal muscles painfully contracted towards the spine. Distended.

CONSTITUTIONS – Uric acid diathesis.

EARS – Otalgia.

HEAD – Dull pain. Pressing inward pain. Inward pressing in malar bones. Nosebleeds. Headaches.

HEART – Pain in region of heart. Pulse slower and softer.

MODALITIES – Worse by deep inspiration. Worse exertion, ascending stairs. Worse sitting bent over.

RECTUM – Difficult stool, feels as if more remained to pass.
